Session meetings are on the 2nd Monday of each month at 11:30 AM
OWNING OUR AGING
The senior years can be very challenging, even daunting. This 4-part seminar will explore these challenges and suggest ways of meeting them. Are you living LARGE or just treading water? As a wise man once said, "to know how to grow old is the masterwork of wisdom and one of the most difficult chapters in the great art of living. The meetings will be in the Kitchenette Room of the First Presbyterian Church of Wilmington the door to come to is on Van Buren . Beginning September 12, 2021, the seminar will start at 9:30am and last for 45 mins. All are welcome. There is no fee and reservations are not required.
We will be having a quilt raffle that will be traveling around Wilmington businesses for you to see.
October 10, there will be a craft show on the North Island, there will be food, entertainment, lots of fun things for family to do. This is put on by the Chamber of Commerce of Wilmington. The quilt will be there with the raffles.
November 6, we are having a craft show . This will be the last time the quilt will be shown. we will raffle it off at 2:45 pm. Good Luck to all who bought tickets.
November 20th, we will be having a home-baked pie sale at the Wine Café in town.
